When I finally took notice of this and dedicated some time to looking after me, things started to change. ... The first thing I did was get my weight off! I invested time and a bit of money into my health Having regular blood tests is also very important! Lots of things change as we get older and also after having done the program lots of things also can be improved so having that updated blood test is super important!! Please support her as she makes major changes to her life by losing her weight and becoming super healthy. #ISM Start weight 7/5/2020 146.1kgs Today’s weight 16/5/2020... 140.1 kgs 6 kgs gone to Phatt heaven ! My name is Brittany, and I’m 22 years old. I sat at home and ate I was miserable and I felt bad all the time all I did was eat junk I didn’t care about myself. I now work in aged care .. I love my job and caring for the residents but I struggle to do all the walking that’s involved .. I am young and I should be able to cope with the walking but my legs ache and I feel tired all the time. This is my second go at my Phatt lifestyle. When I first jumped off the fence I was so excited to start, but I failed. I wasn’t committed and my partner wasn’t helpful with this journey. And I did eat junk as well, and I just couldn’t get my mind set wasn’t right. This round is completely different, I’m doing my food preparation, this is the key to staying focused and on track. I am food shopping every week and taking my own food when I go to work and to my family for dinner. I have so much love and support from my sister Sav Leigh who is also on this program, my mentor Sue Collier and my boyfriend. My mind set is so much healthier, and I’m so happy to do doing this again. So far I have lost 6kgs, and I started on the 7th of May weighing in at 146.1kg. My goal weight is 70/80 kgs or just get to 100 kgs would be amazing for me, I am going to do this, not for anyone else but for me .. but I need your support as well .. My mentor is going to post about me each week this is going to keep me accountable too. Also, I’m asking a lot of questions which last time I didn’t, which is also helping me. 06.01.2022 Amazing what 10kgs can do in one round of the program for Annelise! Annelise was one who asked me a gazillion questions and wanted everything done just right! It pays to chat with your mentor to get the right answers so you can do your program with confidence! Starting out at 93.9kg she was ready to hit the deck running! Step 1 saw her lose 1.4kgs just like that! Checking in everyday is the key! ... Day 30 she had tipped the 10kgs and some!!!
