23.01.2022 Just joined in on a zoom meeting with Swim Australia. They are pushing to have pools opened in stage 3 as they have researched and found that Covid doesnt travel (it drops to the ground due to increased moisture it absorbed) when the humidity is 50/60% and is killed onces it hits chlorinated water. So the air above the pool water is also safe due to the humidity yay for research . Fingers crossed it gets approved.. and no cases have been traced to ANY swim centres Feeling very safe when we get to re-open fingers crossed its SOOOOOON

08.01.2022 And that is a wrap of a year we would love to NEVER have again!! Thankyou to each and every person who supported us through a very testing year. Although the kids may have only got 16 weeks of swimming instead of 40 we have most definitely seen great improvement, huge milestones achieved and many fears over come. But most importantly we have seen an abundance of smiles and lots of laughter which has made this year just as special and rewarding as all the rest. So myself and ...my awesome team will now Be signing off for a couple of weeks to rest and recharge ready for January. We say a BIG THANKYOU and farewell to Amanda, Steph and Jenni and welcome the bubbly Sam who will start in 2021. 01.01.2022 We are so excited to be teaming up with Phillip Island Swim School next year! Aqua classes are soooo much fun, they’...re non weight bearing and low impact. Perfect exercise for pregnant and mature ladies, If you have an injury or if you just want a water boogie! Classes will be held at the pool evey Tuesday at 1:15pm from the 5th Jan. Maximum of 20 in the pool so please contact Lawri @phillipislandswimschool to reserve your space.
