It is now finally framed & displayed alongside another significant milestone in my career... the 2014 Gold MO Award for Australian Entertainer of the Year. These two illustrations were published in the book Now you see it, Now you dont! lessons in sleight of hand. It was written by Bill Tarr and illustrated by Barry Ross. www.magicartbarryross.com I still perform these two p...articular routines today the come back coins and the pea & shell game. It was the first book I purchased about magic way back in 1982 from the Magic & Fun Shop in Brisbane (which I also later bought). It was directly responsible for kick starting my journey into this crazy world of show business. 14.01.2022 Little known fact - Phil Cass played 1st grade as a winger outside Mal Meninga & Peter Jackson for Souths Rugby League Club in Brisbane 1983 & 1984 and was also a magician at the same time! 14.01.2022 First one for the year. in Van Diemans Land (for my overseas friends, thats what Tasmania used to be called) for a corporate golf function tonight being looked after too :) limousine driver, great room at Wrest Point Casino (about the size of 6 cruise ship cabins!) with spectacular views. Hobart really has turned on the weather for us. Feeling fortunate too that all the corporate gigs this first 3 months of the year have fallen perfectly sandwiched between all the cruise ship engagements.

03.01.2022 We last headlined in NZ at the 1997 Napier Magic Convention with the late, great Aldo Columbini and now once again Philippa and I are privileged to headline in NZ with all these wonderful entertainers... this time at the Wellington Magic Convention. Cant wait!!
