There is quite a story behind Saturday’s Crewswick Stakes Winner Front Page His dam was very lucky to survive a hind leg injury when she was in foal with him. Vets advised the owners to put her down. Damian was sure that Suzanne Royal could nurse her leg back so Stacey Lee went to Asscher Park with her 2015 foal at foot News Girl . Suzanne nursed her back , Stacey Lee came back to Phoenix foaled a lovely chestnut colt. Mum and Bub went back home to Geoff Duryea at Corowa to grow up and become a racehorse. And what a super Racehorse he is.
