09.01.2022 Rêne Redzepi, the ever creative locavore chef of Noma, was in Hobart last week discovering Tasmania's inspiring local produce. Now he's decided to move his restaurant here for a season. Sadly, for Rêne, he'll be leaving in March just as Tassie's best Summer delicacies hit the farmers markets. Luckily for us, we get to live here and enjoy amazing local fare all the time.
