18.01.2022 The Fotosniper... for when you need deadly accurate photos!

15.01.2022 Been a long time since I’ve posted anything, mainly due to my job taking me all over Asia which has kept me extremely busy. Currently I’m getting a few days R&R in Cairns after a particularly busy exercise off the Queensland coast. This 5 Avn REGT CH47 Chinook is preparing to pick up up a M777 Howizer of 8/12 REGT RAA off the flight deck of HMAS Canberra on 26 Jun 19

11.01.2022 So want to go back sometime!

10.01.2022 I haven't been able to take many shots lately so it was nice to be able to get back behind the camerra this evening. Canberra has had a red haze with a dust cloud overing the capital which made for an amazing sunset.

01.01.2022 I took a quick ride this morning up the Putty Road into the Wollemi National Park to the Grey Gums Cafe. A huge area of the Wollemi was hit hard only few weeks ago by bushfires and parts of the park are still on fire. Much of the landscape currently looks like a moonscape yet through the dust and ash life is starting to come back. I hate to think of the massive toll on the animals in the area. Hopefully some much needed rain will go through the area soon as well as the many other areas around Australia still burning. #canonaustralia
