25.01.2022 A beautiful little baby girl to put a smile on your face this awesome Thursday! I met Selene and her Mum n Dad in the birthing suite a couple of weeks ago and captured her beautiful entry into the world and life with Courtney and Josh. I don't do many birthing captures because I do everything else and can't commit to putting aside that time around the due date in case I have something else booked. However, there must be a shortage of birthing photographers at the moment that ...Courtney and Josh were prepared to risk me not getting there in time as the birth fell right in the middle of Grad week! BUT we did it with about 5 minutes to spare didn't we guys???? . I do LOVE my birthing captures and am stoked when I am asked to capture such a sacred moment in that family's journey. So it was fantastic to see this darling little bubba again and laugh and talk about Courtney and Josh's life as new parents so far! I've been secretly eyeing off Kale 'n Karin's loader parked at our place as a potential backdrop for photos, so I loved it when Courtney suggested having the loader in the photos somewhere! 25.01.2022 I love the energy of large family shoots and it's very very very rare that you get everyone looking at the camera at the same time but the connection you get when they're not is great and also tells a story. Plenty of winning smiles and beautiful eyes in this Hudson clan:) Tegan and Jack's wedding photos should be amazing when all is sorted throughout this upheaval!!!! Can't wait!

24.01.2022 A very busy week followed by a busier weekend for me means sneak peeks are a bit behind but none the less important!!! Jazlyn, Charlotte and Ben all graduated from Cathedral last Friday and what an awesome afternoon on the banks of the Ross River hosted by the Williams family where a lot of the Cathedral graduates congregated with partners, family and friends and cars and trucks and dogs and lots of laughter and friendship - enjoying this exciting moment. Relief, a sense of achievement, excitement for the journey ahead to begin, not to mention the anticipation of the night ahead all showed on parents' and graduates' faces. Congratulations to all the 2020 graduates. It will be a year to remember that's for sure!

23.01.2022 Nott & Twine Macrame gets married!!!!! I know I said I was going to share the heck out of this wedding and 2.5 weeks have already gone by and I'm only just getting around to it! I just couldn't be happier for Chontelle and Wade - such a beautiful couple and wedding. Many of you will know Chontelle from the amazing macrame works of art she creates and teaches so passionately, but most of you will know her for the sunshine that just emanates from her when you're around her. All the little touches of this wedding were styled and handmade by Chontelle and I can't wait to show more of these soon. Her dress - OMG her dress! - was from Spell Designs with alterations cleverly done by Peta C.

22.01.2022 Happy 18th birthday to a very dashing and smart young man - Rishabh. I believe there were lots of surprises in store from 2 very proud parents, Neetika and Satish for their much loved son from cars to cakes to parties! And party he did in style with his closest family and friends. Such a fun filled night with many beautiful and lasting memories to treasure forever.

21.01.2022 I really want to wish all those amazing Dad's out there- past, present and future a happy Father's Day. As a lot of you will know, my son Tyler and his beautiful Fiance Skylah became a Dad and Mum for the first time to their little boy Rhys on Thursday. There were a few complications and Rhys had to spend a couple of days in NICU and Special Care but all is well and they should go home today but I put this photo up because becoming a Dad - well there's no manual that comes with it and this photo shows all the overwhelming love, hopes, dreams and uncertainties that come flooding into your soul the first time you meet and hold your new son or daughter and then there is not a thing that you wouldn't do to protect and guide them along their way as you are learning yourself. It's a beautiful journey. xxx

21.01.2022 I am BLESSED to have been the one to capture Chontelle and Wade's beautiful, warmhearted, perfect day. I will be sharing the heck out of this gorgeous wedding because 1 post will just not be enough! Everything about this day was just gorgeous - Chontelle's vision and style is enviable and inspirational - so much of it handmade by Chon with Wade ready to make her dream come alive. What a team!!! Tamika , Will and Bodhi oh and Bronx - man what a team, what a family, what a lif...e they have together. This little sneak peek is just a start - Kerryn proudly walking her gorgeous daughter down the aisle to the family Chon and Wade have lovingly melded and created together. I love how they still thought to give the folks at home in Victoria streaming live on Zoom a big smile as they walked back down the aisle as Mr n Mrs Hislop. 21.01.2022 I know one expectant Granma has been waiting very patiently for these photos haha. I think Tennessee and Looke's little bubba is going to be very spoilt with love with all the family he OR she is being born into! And isn't Tennessee just glowing!!! This gorgeous girl has been a big part of our family ever since we moved to Allambie Lane - lots of horse events, rodeos, parties and ups n downs our girls have been through together and now Tennessee and Looke are joining the parent club! Yay!!!! One photo she was very keen to get was with her Brothers and sister and another we didn't need to get but I couldn't help myself was Kody's and Freckles' n Skippa's reunion! Can't wait for Bub's arrival now!!

20.01.2022 I know I know - way too early for Christmas .... BUT not if you want to put out business Christmas cards and do some Christmas promotions. So Jude is organised!!! The brief for this shoot - tragic, bit different - a bit 80's - you know Karen - you just GET us! Love Jude's faith in me lol! O boy did we have fun with that!!!! So this is kind of like a little 80's family shoot - but Addesso IS family and makes everyone who goes there feel like family too. Love these guys! Oh and Parker - in his little Christmas tartan- doesn't he just steal the limelight!! Thanks for letting me share one Jude - I just couldn't let this one go unnoticed!

19.01.2022 I don't usually make the first photo in my posts a black and white but this one just begs to be highlighted. Big sister helps, moody skies and railway lines!!! Love it as much as I loved doing Nicole and Gregg's family photos! OMG those girls are just gorgeous! Ellyse and Georgie have so much personality and happy to be frolicking in the grass, leading Carrots the pony, eating dirt and being tossed around by Mum n Dad, and not to mention squeezy Nanny Jo cuddles. Nicole and I... have been trying to make this photoshoot happen for quiet awhile now through covid, Gregg's tight work schedule and colds .......and then the rain. But the overcast weather was perfect and amazingly no rain. Only when I pulled up at their house and when I left - it poured. It was meant to happen. 18.01.2022 Zandra and Scott and their adorable little boy Blake just did not stop smiling the whole day - what a happy happy wedding. Small, laid back and just a pleasure to be the one to capture it. Zandra messaged me about 3 weeks ago saying " Are you free for the 30th May? We're getting married!!!!" So once those restrictions were lifted, they were ready to go! Blake nearly stole the whole show .... oh hang on - he did! All the happiest of years ahead Scott and @Zandra Hansen. x

18.01.2022 Hank's cake smash for his very first birthday! What an awesome idea of Tamiel's to make a pancake stack instead of a cake to go with the Lumberjack theme! We did a lumberjack kind of theme for Hank's newborn pics too - definitely suits him. He was more interested in the strawberries than the pancakes though I think - so cute. And I always do a little wash off tub bath afterwards which makes for awesome photos in the sunset - AND saves sticky toddlers in the car going home! One of my favourite shoots to do is cake smashes. Happy birthday little man

17.01.2022 What a great family! Not sure who was making the joke in the first family photo but it must have been a good one. Lots of laughs and shenanigans ...... by the big kids - the little kids were very good! It was such a good opportunity to get those precious precious generational family photos whilst Granny and Pop were up in Ingham visiting. A few tired ones coming off nightshift but so worth the effort. Thanks for asking me to capture these beautiful memories of your family Sarah :)

14.01.2022 Meet Bianca and Dan's beautiful family with their latest pretty little addition. Imogen was born in the midst of Covid and missed out on those squishy little newborn photos, but 1 month old photos are just as adorable! Just loved meeting and working with this family - so much energy and fun and nothing was too much trouble! Dad kept Imogen's brother's occupied while all the girls were inside playing dressups and chatting lol. How sweeeet is Imogen though! Hunter and Jack have their work cut out for them in about 16 years looking out for their little sister I think!

13.01.2022 Not long for this gorgeous Mumma and Dadda! From NSW, Jacky and Kurt have been mucked around by covid and have had to relocate to Townsville for the birth of their first born where they luckily have family here to support them in a trying time. Such an easy going couple with which to spend the afternoon - and a very exciting life changing journey ahead of them. I'm thrilled that Jacky was the first to wear this gorgeous maternity dress from my studio wardrobe. She looks simply radiant!

08.01.2022 What a privelege to have captured every milestone of every child of Rhiannon's and Zac's! This time it was Kody's turn for his baptism .......and talk about chilled out! Maybe that comes with having a big sister and brother to contend with and doted on every day! Father Dave has such a friendly and humerous touch to his ceremonies!

06.01.2022 It seems like forever this little bubba has been brewing! That happens doesn't it when you're looking forward to something so much. First time Mum n Dad for Skylah and Tyler and 8th grandchild in the line up for John and I. We are all looking forward to it so much. I think it's going to make a few Aunties and Uncles a bit clucky? It's been awesome to see these 2 blossom with impending parenthood! Skylah is just glowing! And did I think the photoshoot would happen without Tyler's little flavour added into it? Nope! Nothing too serious

05.01.2022 O I just LOVE photographing this family! So much personality and awesome energy that is so heartwarming ..... and red hair WITH CURLS! My favourite combination. I have a fascination for red hair in case you haven't noticed. There is a story in nearly every photo I've posted here - and I know I know Tamiel - I just got carried away with the family photos and I still haven't got to the cake smash yet which was the whole reason for the photoshoot!!!! They're coming though! Look at Hank doing the boot scootin' boogie in those boots that he just loves and Skylar looking straight at me in the family photo which was right after I told her that Rapunzel often visits me!!! Now there's a story behind this! And that little darling Dakota with those gorgeous red curls. Well yes - I could go on but as you know I have cake smash photos to edit lol.

04.01.2022 Aren't Emily and William just gorgeous together? So easy to be around and work with them- I'm thinking their wedding will be very laid back and fun! Can't wait. Well , like a lot of weddings this year - we just have to wait don't we? A little story: I have very curious pets at my place, and when it's photoshoot time I have to tie the dogs up, shift the horses to another paddock and shut the gate so they don't all come down the back with me to check out what I'm doing! Why do...n't you just let them come down with you you ask? Well, Jazzy will want to get so close to me I'm tripping over her all the time, OR she's always trying to snuggle up to the clients to be in their photos. Skip wants to check to see if there is any food involved, and if not he will try to lick the clients anyway! Which can be a bit confronting for people who aren't used to horses! Get the picture? I was running a bit late with Emily and William's and didn't have time to shift the horses - so I used different areas of the property that I don't normally use and I really like the results. 03.01.2022 What a darling is little Oliver! And if he has half the personality of his big brother James - he'll be set for life. I can see these brothers being the absolute best of mates and no wonder with great parents like Aleisha and Matt. A little bit unsettled to begin with - Oliver sailed through the setups once he decided it was nap time! Such a great family!

02.01.2022 So if you're scrolling through Zac's formal photos, you might be a bit confused thinking - ummmm didn't I just see a girl on his arm in the last photo???? Yep me too!!! I thought I was taking the right photos with Zac and Bree and then Meah turned up and we did it all over again lol. It was quite funny - but we got it sorted in the end. So Zac took Bree to the formal and Mia is his girlfriend - not sure how that happens but it did! Kirwan High is where they all graduated from and very keen to get the night underway! It's amazing the change in both Zac and Bradley from Bradley's formal last year. How they just turn into men overnight!!!! Great to see Sally and Drew again - Drew made a huge effort to be at his son's Grad day so well done for getting there Drew.

01.01.2022 34 weeks down and 6 to go!!! Little Robbo was definitely very spoilt yesterday at Skylah's baby shower lovingly organised by her best mate Tori! We all missed Skylah's Mum being there but Skylah was in good hands Vicki. We all had such a good time and a special mention has to go to thanking the boys for entertaining all baby Robbo's cousins while the girls kicked back and had fun! This long anticipated event seems to be taking forever to happen, although I think Skylah will say otherwise! Oh I have to mention the cake too made by Skylah's friend Emma. It not only looks amazing but the taste and texture was one of the nicest I've ever tasted! Skylah and Tyler have such a great network of friends and family around as part of the village that will be helping raise this bubba! Stay tuned!!!!
