24.01.2022 Beatty and Bruce contacted me recently to ask for some portraits to give to their children. Later in years, they told me they wanted their children to be able to remember them as they are now. I thought it was a really beautiful idea. This is a small sample of the set, and we were really happy with how they turned out.

20.01.2022 I went up to meet Fr Dom and discuss the requirements of the parish website (I'm building it). I took the chance to take some sneeky pictures.

19.01.2022 Had a great shoot at Bryce and Shelly's place with new arrival Charlotte. Even the Grannies came. Charlotte was so well behaved - really put up with a lot. I wish every shoot was this easy!

17.01.2022 Had a great photoshoot this morning with Andrew and Louise (and their kids - Bailee, Kade and Indiana). It went so smoothly, even though I forgot my bubble blower and bread for the ducks. The kids lasted ages and were so polite and obliging - coudn't ask for better subjects.

08.01.2022 Sarah and I (and the respective in-laws) got away to to Serpentine Dam for a picnic a while back. "How about we go for a picnic?" I slyly asked Sarah, even as I was clearing my memory cards and choosing my cameras to pack. The rest is history. The highlight for me (photographically) would be the panorama that I stitched when I arrived back. One of my biggest and most detailed yet. Very happy with the results, and I love the chance to practice a bit of landscape photography.

07.01.2022 Hotdog!!! Twice in one day! I've now got a swathe of digital compact cameras to hire out as table cameras at weddings. It went really smoothly despite strong wind and bright sun, and was heaps of fun however I got a bit burnt even though I was avoiding the sun.
