23.01.2022 As per the Victorian government's decision to implement a shut-down, we will remain OPEN but only on a takeaway and delivery basis. We will also limit our hours to 11:45AM to 8PM (last orders at 7:45PM). For those of you who wish get takeaway, we will heavily sanitise our restaurant regularly but we urge you to call (03 8712 8941) or message us your order first and to practice social distancing when you're waiting for your order in our restaurant. For those of you who are s...elf-isolating, please take advantage of our delivery service! We are also more than happy to make arrangements for no-contact deliveries, for those of you who wish to be extra careful. 22.01.2022 We will be open for DINE-IN from tomorrow (Wed Oct 28) onwards, and our opening hours will go back to 11:45AM to 9:00PM. Our delivery service ($5 for 10km toll free drive from Pho Van, negotiable for more than 10km) will remain the same until further notice. We will also be releasing a NEW DISH tomorrow - come to our restaurant to find out what it is Please book a table ahead of time if you wish to dine-in, either by messaging us on Messenger or calling us (03 8712 8941) - ...we are only allowed to serve 10 dine-in patrons, as we only have one indoor space. For delivery, we would also like to encourage you, once again, to place your delivery order 1h before your desired delivery time to ensure a timely delivery. We would like to thank all Melbournians who have been keeping safe and doing the right thing during lockdown, which has resulted in significantly less cases and us being able to open for dine-in. 22.01.2022 UPDATE ON DELIVERY SERVICE We will be continuing our delivery service until the Victorian government feels it is safe to reopen restaurants for eat-in. We are now also temporarily accepting bank transfers for deliveries, in the interests of health safety. In order for deliveries to run smoothly, we ask that (when possible) you send us your orders through Messenger 1 hour in advance. This will ensure that deliveries are done in a timely and efficient manner.... We would also like to encourage you to make enquiries and orders through Messenger (instead of calling). We always check Messenger during our opening hours, and periodically check when we are closed. This means you can place your orders on Messenger before we open at 11:45AM and get it delivered in time for lunch, or dinner if you want to order extra early We thank you for your patience and support during this difficult time. 20.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUCNEMENT Due to recent events and health concerns, we will be starting our very own delivery service from 3pm today! It will only be a $5 delivery fee, or free delivery for orders of $50 and over! We value the health of our customers, and we understand that social distancing is a hard but essential choice that we must all make. Our delivery service will make it easier for you to enjoy the comforts of your own home without having to sacrifice your love of eat...ing out. So, starting from 3pm today, you can order all of your favourite foods and have it delivered right to your doorstep! Here is how it will work: 1) Send us a message of Facebook Messenger to order. Please include your phone number and delivery address, and if you have any dietary requirements (GF, VG, VE etc). When possible, please send us your order 1 hour in advance to ensure timely delivery. 2) We will send a confirmation message once we have received your order, and start preparing your order. 3) Your order will be delivered ASAP. We accept cash on delivery, or bank transfer when ordering. NOTE: Last orders must be made before 7:45PM. Orders before 11:45AM for lunch are accepted, but will be prepared and delivered after 11:45AM. Our delivery fee will only be $5 for locations within 10km* driving distance of Pho Van (see estimate map attached below). Delivery will be available for all items on our menu (entrees, pho, other mains, drinks) and all prices will be same as our eat-in menu (pictures attached below), except for a $0.50 takeaway container surcharge for mains: - Pho: small $9.45, medium $11, large $12.45, seafood $14.45 - Rice noodles with deep-fried spring rolls and grilled pork $10.50 - Seafood fried rice $11 - Chicken or vegetarian fried rice $9.5 - Cm sn (Vietnamese grilled pork chop with broken rice and egg) $12.5 And, of course, our restaurant will still be open for those of you who want to get takeaway. Just make sure that you call (03 8712 8941) or message first so that you don't have to wait for us to prepare your order! Comment below what you think, or if you have any questions. Otherwise, what are you waiting for? * "10km driving distance" is 10km driving distance from Pho Van to the delivery address, as stated on Google Maps when using non-toll roads. 20.01.2022 UPDATE ON DELIVERY SERVICE Due to a recent change in government regulations, we will be extending our delivery service ($5 for a 10km toll-free drive from Pho Van) until Sunday July 12th. We know that many of you will be happy with this decision, and we encourage you to stay home (with a maximum of 5 guests!) and fully utilise our delivery service. We will also be doing a modified delivery service when restaurants are allowed to have 50 dine-in patrons again (which, at this ...stage, is looking to be from Monday July 13th onwards). This decision was made after some careful consideration of our customers' feedback, as many of you have said you would like our delivery service to remain. Our modified delivery service will entail delivery being available on some days of the week, and on those other days delivery via Menulog will still be available. 20.01.2022 On June 1st, we will be RE-OPENING for dine-in and our opening hours will return to 11:45AM to 9:00PM (including delivery). Our delivery service ($5 delivery for 10km) will stop on June 22nd, but takeaway will still be available (as always). Our dine-in restrictions will be (as stated by the government): - No more than 20 customers from June 1st - No more than 50 customers from June 22nd... Bookings will not be required; however, we advise that you make a booking if your party is more than 2 people, in order to ensure a spot. Our delivery service will continue until we are allowed to re-open again, for a maximum of 50 patrons. Our opening hours will also temporarily be 11:45AM to 8:00PM, until we are allowed to re-open for dine-in. We would like to remind you that while our key service is $5 for a 10km toll-free drive from Pho Van, we are negotiab...le with delivery addresses that are more than 10km (just send us a message!). We would also like to remind you that for deliveries we accept both cash and bank transfer payments - so you can choose to have a contactless delivery for your own personal safety While this news is frustrating for all of us, we understand that the government's decision is to protect the health of everyone and we are more than happy to do our part. More than 3 weeks with no new cases, and finally some much welcomed relaxed restrictions While you may not have to wear a mask outside anymore, you will still have to wear one inside our restaurant if you're not eating or drinking AND we're allowed to have more people for dine-in again - we very much look forward to seeing you all PS Our delivery service will remain the same for now, until further notice.

12.01.2022 Starting tomorrow, we will be giving away FREE CREAM PUFFS, to celebrate our 5 years anniversary and to show our appreciation for this community! You guys are the most SUPPORTIVE and LOYAL fans and it has been an AMAZING 5 years journey because of YOU. YOU created this amazing facebook page for us (which we have only recently claimed to make this announcement)... YOU gave us good, and sometimes honest, reviews that came from the heart and helped us to be better YOU are the ones who choose to eat with us regularly (with some of you choosing to come in every day!) YOU are the ones who give us constructive feedback on our foods, suggesting recipe changes and potential menu additions And for this, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We thank you for the love and support that you have given us over the past 5 years, and we want you to know that we are extremely grateful. So, in tradition with what was done at our grand opening, we will be giving away free cream puffs to every customer who eats with us.
