17.01.2022 What's so great about a Physio and Podiatrist working together? Don't a lot of clinics offer that ? Well the difference is we work simulatensly! So.... 1. You don't need you repeat your whole story of how you came to be here again and again 2. You won' t have conflicting advice... 3. You'll have one clear rehabilitation plan 4. You don't need to make an appointment here and appointment there, we're your one stop shop 5. And the best is - we discuss your findings and work TOGETHER so you'll have the most specialised and collaberative diagnosis and treatment you can get! #love #happy #tbt #cute #instagood #saintegratedtherapies #alliedhealth #physiandpod #health #rehabilitation #adelaidecity #feet #teamwork #collaboration #fit #healthy #follow #injury #exercise

13.01.2022 Who is Physi&Pod? Meet Jasmine Jasmine brings 10 years of experience with post graduate qualifications in Paediatric Physiotherapy. She has worked as a physiotherapist in the community, rural settings and large tertiary hospitals. She also teaches the physiotherapy program at the University of South Australia.... Jasmine is passionate about working with children to achieve their goals developmentally, helping Mama's through their pregnancy journey and post natal recovery and loves rehabilitating injuries and getting on top of aches and pains. She has seen time and time again where her clients could benefit from the input of a podiatrist and sought advice from Lachie about the best way forward. Hence the idea of #Physi&Pod! Outside of #saintegratedtherapies Jasmine loves spending time with her family, being Mum to two gorgeous children 4 and 1. She also loves hiking in Morialta, running at the beach with her dog, baking sweet treats and travelling. #ache #pain #pregnancy #paediatricphysio #adelaidecity #physiotherapy #podiatry #teamwork #fitness #follow #health #best #me

05.01.2022 Who is Physi&Pod? Meet Lachie! Lachie is a qualified Podiatrist having graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry). His research has been published in the Journal of Foot and Ankle Research.... Since graduating, Lachie has worked in a number of diverse roles, from running the podiatry department in a small rural hospital to more recently working in a major Adelaide hospital treating limb threatening ulcerations and preventing amputations. Lachlan's interest in podiatry stems from his personal experience with a number of lower limb issues which prevented him from participating in sport, and as such he understands firsthand what it is like to deal with pain resulting from foot and ankle injuries. Adopting a highly personalised approach to the needs of each of his patients, Lachlan utilises a number of treatment modalities including taping, exercises, dry needling, foot mobilisation, footwear advice/modification, orthotic inserts and education. Striving to provide a model of care that is holistic and incorporates total foot care, Lachlan also has special interests in the management of diabetes-related foot issues and sports podiatry Lachlan has seen first hand how well physiotherapy and podiatry can work together. He developed Physi & Pod with Jasmine as a multidisciplinary approach is the best approach to treatment and management. We are proud to be leaders in this new emerging approach. #first #adelaide #follow #physiotherapy #best #instagood #love #podiatry #fit #me #running #pain #gym #feet #body #happy #life
