The class will be conducted under the guidance of one of our experienced coaches (Bree Westblade) to not only teach and show you how to perform each movement with proper technique, but to also push you with appropriate weights and progressions that lead to muscle hypertrophy (Booty Gains) Each session will follow a specific 3 stage structure to maxi...mise protein synthesis for muscle repair and growth, ultimately leading to bigger glutes and quads.
