24.01.2022 Lockdown again We will be closing tonight until Thursday. I’ll be in touch with all PT clients to reschedule sessions. So get out and about (within 5kms of course ) and enjoy the outdoors for your exercise. I’ll be posting some home workouts for you too. Fingers crossed it’s just for the 5 days...
