02.01.2022 O N L I N E C L A S S E S We are working as quickly as we can to get ‘virtual classes’ up and running for our valued Physiocise community. WHAT YOU NEED TO... DO: Those enrolled in classes currently will receive an invitation to join a ‘Microsoft team’ to your class day/time. All you need to do for now is download the Microsoft teams app to your computer or tablet that you will use at home to do class in front of. The invitation we are sending is just prepping for when we have the equipment in place. Also - think of the best space at home for you to do class. And purchase any theraband or blocks to use at home. Watch this space! We are doing all we can to get it up & going quickly. And keep you all safe, well & strong! In the meantime classes continue in person for those able to attend, with extra hygiene precautions being taken.
