16.01.2022 Our Why Michelle and I I opened the centre so we could use the skills, tools and learnings we had both acquired along our journey of healing and share them with you . We wanted to create a safe space where people could feel comfortable to be themselves, to laugh, cry and to release in what ever way they needed. We are both so different and yet we have always worked in so well together. We wanted our classes, sessions and workshops to be real and to always be our authenti...c selves. We built the centre so like minded people could have a place to come to share there healing journey and experiences wether that be through art, dance, music, meditation, therapys , breathe work or what ever modalities they wanted to share . We are blessed to have everyone one of you that has walked through our doors We are so excited about getting back ( whenever that may be) and seeing you all. 11.01.2022 I cant tell you how many times Gratitude has pulled me out of dark places. Gratitude is not about being positive all the time, it does not mean to ignore your situation . It is the light that can make you see that even in our darkest moments we can find something to be grateful for.
