19.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE Latest announcement- We have now been advised from the government that we must close the doors as of midnight tonight and cannot offer any emergency appointments. We will be closed until Wednesday the 25th of November. If you wish to make an appointment you are welcome to call and leave a message at the clinic, or give us a call on Wednesday onwards. 15.01.2022 To our local sporting community Many of us are involved in local sports, and we can't wait to get back into training and games, hopefully soon!... However we want to caution about potential for injury following a long off-season / limited pre-season. Due to this, we are recommending a preventative Sports Screening with one of our qualified physios. 13.01.2022 Business is back to normal with all services operating from Monday !! If you had an appointment on Monday or Tuesday that we cancelled due to the lock-down but you would like to keep it, please message us on FB, email [email protected] or call on 83872155 from 8am Monday to let us know you'll still be attending. Please make sure you do this as soon as you can to help with appointment scheduling. If you want an appointment, please call us from 8am Monday 8387 2155.... PhysioXtra will continue to implement strict social distancing regulations and hygiene standards to ensure you and our team are in a safe environment. We will continue to screen all patients prior to their appointment. If you are feeling unwell or have had any covid symptoms please inform our team and do not attend the clinic.

11.01.2022 UPDATE REGARDING MASKS As per the updated Direction today, from midnight tonight (Monday 30 Nov) it will be mandatory for all people inside our clinic to wear a mask. This includes all healthcare providers, admin staff, patients and family members. (There are some exceptions such as people with certain breathing difficulties, mental health conditions, communication with deaf or hard of hearing community members, and children under the age of 12)... Please bring your own mask if you have one. We are quickly sourcing more surgical masks to be able to provide to patients if you do not have your own. Please message us here or call 8387 2155 from 8am tomorrow morning if you have any concerns or questions. Please be kind and remember: My mask protects you, your mask protects me.

10.01.2022 We're excited to announce we have a Nutritionist joining our team!! Hannah-Marie has a Bachelors (Hons) degree in Nutritional Science, and Diploma in Nutrition and Health. She originates from the UK but has spent a lot of time living in the Middle East, Denmark and Sydney. During her studies, and particularly after having her little boy, she developed a keen interest in preconception, pregnancy and post-natal health. She has first-hand experience of how nutrition and lifes...tyle changes can contribute towards positive health outcomes and is passionate about supporting others to achieve their health and well-being goals. Hannah-Marie will be at PhysioXtra Hallett Cove on Tuesday mornings and Saturday mornings so give us a call on 8387 2155 to book your appointment!

02.01.2022 COVID UPDATE Here at PhysioXtra we have decided to effectively close as of midnight tonight as per the announcement of the 6 day lockdown. We will however, be available for EMERGENCY appointments for those who find themselves in urgent need of a physio. We are considered an essential service but will only be open to those urgent cases, so we can ensure that we are playing our part in minimising community transmission. Be safe, take care of yourselves & we will be back to business as usual from Wednesday 25th November.
