20.01.2022 Some updated snaps of the gorgeous ginger man Hamish!! Hamish is well into year 2 of life, he has been with us for a solid 99% of that. We absolutely adore him! And would consider adopting him ourselves....however....... Sadly, as some of you may know, we have a disabled cat, her story is a little way back on our page, but she has severe neurological issues, is blind and gets upset at Hamish when he doesn't follow her rules of household/people/food/litter sharing!! This means we are on the hunt for a home for Hamish. He does however require a special type of home, a very quite, 1 pet only home, child free home. He can get a little shy when new people are around and we would need to find the perfect oasis for this gentleman to own alone. He is strictly an indoor cat, he would be petrified to face to dangers of the outside world and I fear he would never be seen again. For more info, please send me a message. 11.01.2022 This sweet ginger man Hamish has been with us for over a year, we are on the hunt for a very special family for him. He gives the most incredible cuddles and meows at you with his big eyes when he demands food. He loves to play and have his belly rubbed, he will bend himself into a pretzel to have you scratch his belly and chin at the same time. ... He is however, very shy, he hides when there are strangers visiting and can sometimes scare if there is a loud noise. He isn't a huge fan of change, but when he is comfortable, he is so super chilled, running, playing, wrestling, meowing, snuggling & chatting. We are looking for a special type of home for Hamish, a home without pets or children, these make him frightened. He is STRICTLY INDOORS! The outside world is scary and makes him very jumpy and panicky, if he ever made it outside, we wouldn't see him again, he would be absolutely petrified, he feels much much safer inside with his humans :) If you would like more info about Hamish, please send me a message. :) Please know that we are looking for a very specific type of family for Hamish & selection criteria is extensive.

05.01.2022 Pickles Playmates is taking a break! A few weeks ago, my younger brother suddenly passed away at the age of 24. Understandably, my family becomes my priority. As much as the fur babies I have in my life warm my heart and I am confident there will be many many more babies make their way through the Pickles doors, Mark, my family and I need to take some personal time and focus our energy and love on each other and trying to heal. ... In addition, most of you know we have had Hamish with us here at Pickles for almost 2 years! We have grown to love him so much! Today Hamish went on trial at his new home. That home is with my brothers best mate. We couldn’t be more confident in finding the most perfect home for Hamish. We will keep everyone posted on Hamish’s progress and any other updates we get over the next little while about past kitties. Thank you to everyone for the love. Ash, Mark & Ebony
