14.01.2022 I use only the best olive oil in my Lemongrass Paste. I know Asian food doesn't traditionally go with olive oil but in this case it does as the lemongrass paste is tossed through a Stirfry at the end, tossed through soba noodles as a pesto or used to marinate chicken and prawns with just a dash of coconut milk. Panton Hill Estate Olive Oil is locally harvested and top quality. And we all know oils ain't just oils.

08.01.2022 When I have a week off from cooking meals on Cookaborough I experiment with more salad ideas for my menus. This black rice salad has garlic and sake pan fried mushrooms, a sesame and Mirin n dressing and is topped with toasted cashews. My Asian salad classes are booking out fast.
