25.01.2022 There is so much to like about Bombollini. Bombollini are absolutely mind-blowing Italian Mini Donuts! We have them filled with our homemade vanilla custard and topped with cherries. We also have a Nutella variety. If that's not enough for you to start placing an order, try saying 'Bombollini' out loud a few times. See you soon.

Then we have our Superfood Ancient Grains with Quinoa, Kale, Wild Rice in a Pomodoro Salsa ( Vegan and Gluten-Free Dish) We also have our Roasted Seasonal Vegetables(Gluten-Free), the perfect side dish. Then we have our refreshing, Orange, Fennel, Rocket, Radicchio, Balsamic Salad (Gluten-Free), which just happens to go perfectly with the Roast Chicken - not a coincidence by any means!

This mouth watering dish is made with fresh pasta tubes filled with ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Grana Padano, and topped with Napoli salsa and bechamel. Around the edges we have a Vegetarian Lasagna, our famous Truffled Mushroom Arancini, and our Potato & Mozzarella Croquettes.

03.01.2022 Did you know that Margherita pizza was named after Queen Margherita of Savoy? Tired of regal, Royal dishes she demanded some regular food. The late 1800s equivalent of Dominos delivered 2 pizzas (we imagine she’d been receiving twice-daily spam emails from them) and one was a simple tomato, mozzarella, basil, and olive oil number. Declaring it the best thing she’s ever eaten and getting more likes on her Instagram about it than any previously, Queen Margherita of Savoy helped popularise the dish throughout Italy, and as we now know - the world.
