23.01.2022 Don't forget the time change for the Thursday night Pilates class is at 7pm now! I'll see you all at 7pm tonight. x I also want to just let everyone know, especially the Kempsey ladies, that I do run classes in Kempsey at the Pilates studio for Keystone Health. I have early morning Friday classes at 6:30am, and Saturday morning classes at 7:30am and 9am. Just let me know if you're interested and I'll explain the way to book in to a class in Kempsey. We have more space, equipment and reformers in the studio, and I'm going to start Barre classes soon as well. xx

19.01.2022 Evening ladies! I hope you're all having an amazing weekend! . I am back at uni this week so there are a few minor changes to the timetable: Monday night is now 6:30pm Thursday night is now at 7:00pm. At this stage I will have to cancel the mid morning Tuesday class at 9:30am, however I will let everyone know if there is another morning I can run the class if there are ladies interested. ... I want to thank everyone who has continually supported me and I look forward to the classes again this week. Please let me know if you would like a spot this week.

05.01.2022 Good Morning Ladies!! I am holding my second workshop tonight at 6pm and I still have a couple of spots left if anyone would like to attend! I am again looking forward to sharing advice, and techniques to better improve your overall health and wellbeing. 03.01.2022 Pilates tonight at 6:45pm ladies if anyone would like to come along, I still have a few spots I have a new sequence that I'll incorporate tonight and this week at all the classes! These new techniques really target strength through the whole range of movement in a muscle which not only gives you great flexibility, control and strength...it creates toning and muscle condition. I'm super excited to try it out xx
