24.01.2022 Unfortunately all classes at The Wellness Factory will be cancelled from Saturday through to Wednesday due to the 5 day lockdown, reopening on Thursday morning. 23.01.2022 Beginners 'Come and Try' Class @The Healesville Wellness Factory When: Saturday the 5th December at 10am... Ever wanted to try Reformer Pilates but not confident to join a class? Here's the perfect chance. We're putting on a 'come and try' class for complete beginners. This class is designed for beginners that haven't used the Pilates Reformer before - it's great to come and learn how they work. The class will run at a slower pace to allow time to get used to the machines and ask questions without feeling silly. We'll go through all the basic exercises so you'll be confident to jump straight into a regular class next time. Head to the website to book. (Tues/Sat to start next week) That gives you a total of 24 classes to choose from across the week And for those on our $60 unlimited membership you also get an additional 7 yoga classes We appreciate classes have been hard to get into lately, with lots of waitlists across the week. 02.01.2022 Great news! Reformer Fitness classes are reopening on the 9th November. (As well as our Clinical Pilates and Yoga!)... Here at The Healesville Wellness Factory we're super excited by this news. And can't wait to see you all back in the studio. We are however limited with our Reformer Fitness classes to just 6 per class. Because of this we've tried to make sure that all of our current members have been able to get into the times they want. But we'll also be welcoming new members to come trial a class from the 9th. If you've been putting your health on hold these last few months and want to make the most of what's left of 2020 get in touch. 01.01.2022 We’ve got some good news! As you may have heard Allied Health services can reopen as of today. This means we can see anyone that wants to come in for an individual Exercise Physiology appointment.... If you want to come in and get on the reformer we’re running 30 minute sessions for $70. We can help with all health conditions, be it injuries, pain or simply to work on your mental health. We'll set you up with a regular weekly time/s with payments via direct debit. If you’re interested give us a call at The Healesville Wellness Factory on 5962 2697 and we'll do our best to fit you in *For Group classes we’ll unfortunately have to wait a little longer. We still haven’t been given an exact date. But we’ll probably be waiting a few more weeks at least.
