07.01.2022 Pilates In Pyjamas...it's the new normal in our house! The only way I can fit in my workout these days is if Olivia and I hit the mat together and have a pyjama party/mat workout, followed immediately by her chucking a wobbly when she needs to get changed for the day! Whatever works right?! I find I question myself every day as a new mum...am I doing this right? Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this? Lots of things don't always go to plan...but I'm a...lways SO grateful for our morning workout and that I can just click play on the online studio and we are ready to go!
