Join us on Tuesdays at 2.00pm for 30 minutes where we focus on improving strength and mobility of your whole body. Our aim is to get the body moving to improve aches, pains, arthritis and balance and to help boost your wellbeing. Suitable for all levels of fitness and experience as modifications can be made to any exercise. Message me to receive your first class for free or if you have any questions.
16.01.2022 Lockdown online mat Pilates is back! Join me on zoom this Saturday at 10.30am for a 45 minute full body workout. Cost $12 Message me if you’d like to join.
