15.01.2022 Work from Home Tips - Communicate Check-in with your boss and colleagues regularly. Staying connected with your team via video platforms is a great way to keep working together virtually to achieve work goals. ... Working virtually does feel different to being together in the office but it does have its benefits. 04.01.2022 Working from Home Tips - Stick to Your Routine Wake up at the same time you would if you were going to the office and go through your usual routine to get ready for work i.e. have a shower, eat breakfast and maybe go for a walk to replace the time you would normally be commuting. You might want to do more rigorous exercise in your commute time so simply switch this with your shower time so you are still clean and fresh to start work!... Maintaining your morning ritual will help prepare your mind and body for a productive day of work.

02.01.2022 Yay ... we are re-opening on Monday! Looking forward to seeing all our lovely clients again face-to-face.

02.01.2022 Work from Home Tips - Take Breaks Balance is the key. Give yourself enough time during the day to walk away from your computer screen and phone. Take your lunch break, go for a walk outside and breathe deeply.... Your body and mind will thank you if you move around and take a step back from all things work-related. Finally, don't forget to finish work! Set an alarm and when it goes off, make it time to do something for you. It could be exercising, walking your dog, cooking or reading a book. Whatever it is, make it something that makes you feel good! www.pilateslocal.com.au
