11.01.2022 Next ab exercise in the fab 5 series is the double straight leg stretch. Start with a bent leg and focus is elongating the legs away from the body without letting the pelvis move. Think less is more as the more you used the abs the more we tend to brace! We like to imagine the legs painting a stripe up and down the wall. Focus on keeping the pelvis still while you rotate the spine, we like to think of armpits to the hips and keep the elbows wide. Add all 5 ab exercises together and build up the reps and have less breaks once your endurance improves. Think about 10 repetitions of each or 1 minute. Let us know how you go throughout the month
