10.01.2022 Congratulations to our placegetters for the first few classes

10.01.2022 PARKING & ARENA ACCESS Video attached for a visual aid Parking attendants will be there Saturday and Sunday, but please still park smart on Friday!! ... - We will be very limited on space so it is important that everyone follows the instructions from the parking attendants and please be polite and courteous as they are trying to make sure we all fit!!! - please come in the normal entrance and travel straight across the limestone car park. There is a lane way along the fence line marked out, please follow that to the gateway for the back paddocks where you will he directed where to park - a SMALL day yard can be build next to your float/truck for your horse but please make sure they are SMALL otherwise you will be asked to take it down or make it smaller - camping will be in the far back paddock (where the limestone water jump is) so there will be room for a bigger yard to be set up for horses staying overnight. Please still be reasonable with your yard sizes - if you are arriving or leaving during the day while the Eventing Grand Prix classes are running, you may be ask to wait a few minutes before entering the lane way as the course runs next to it, so we don’t want trucks coming in/out while a horse is negotiating that part of the course - the area to the right as you enter the venue near the arenas is reserved for committee and VIP only. If you park there, you will be asked to move regardless of whether you have set up or not, so please save us the trouble and just don’t park there. - the limestone car park is for cars only, NO TRUCKS/FLOATS TO BE PARKED THERE - the warmup arena can be accessed for the north end of the parking paddock, please head out that gate only and down the driveway between the two arenas. - there will be no access to the grass warm up arena near the main arena entrance while the Grand Prix classes are running but this will be opened up for the showjumping classes for flatwork - the grass area behind the warm up has been mowed and will have cross country warm up fences in it. It can also be used for flatwork warm up Any queries, please just ask and please be respectful of the people doing their jobs as it will make everyone weekend more pleasant
