Day includes: Guest speaker: Beautiful Shahn is a Life Coach, focussing on emotional awareness. Shahn will be sharing on the subject of Bringing out the Brave, leading us in a group activity and providing ‘take home’ ideas to stay brave and focussed. 02.01.2022 Thoracic extension and chest stretch using a rolled up blanket, or you could use a physio roller/ yoga bolster. The lower down the shoulder blades the prop is, the more extension you get. Keep your head supported, and a slight posterior tilt of the pelvis to protect your back. Straightening the legs is optional.
