22.01.2022 ENDURANCE NEWS Central Qld based rider Melissa Longhurst and her home bred Arabian gelding Pioneer Park Wings of Sudan won Shahzada 400km endurance ride on 26th... August. The week long marathon of 80km per day over 5 days is held in the remote historic town of St Albans in the Macdonald Ranges north of Sydney, and traverses some pretty tough country. Melissa and her horse took fastest time overall, with an approximate lead time of 4 hours over the field. This combination also recently won the Pioneer Trek 400km marathon in Cairns just 6 weeks earlier, making the duo the only combination to ever win back-to-back marathons in Australia. Melissa purchased a second hand WOW Saddle and with some consultation with WOW Saddles Australia, managed her own fitting. After using it for most phases of each event, including presentations, she is impressed with the WOW fit and flexible tree contributing to her horses comfort and ability to perform. 12.01.2022 Having a very casual year endurance wise this year while study is put on my priority list. So its taken awhile, but finally Pioneer Park Wings of Sudan (Chip Chase Sadaqa x Agecroft Sahara) completed his 3rd endurance ride on the weekend and is now an Endurance Horse :)

06.01.2022 Handing these trophies back to the organisers of the Pioneer Trek 400km marathon. Our horse, Wings of Sudan won them last year for fittest horse 400km...and best conditioned horse 400km. Sudan is starting again in the morning for his 2nd 400km marathon.

02.01.2022 Yes we do have one or 2 horses for sale. But not for overseas sale and not for sale to people who want to turn them over for international $$. I am simply not interested in the overseas market as I do not believe that there is a happy career or ending for these horses. Sorry if this does not fit in with your beliefs, but there it is.
