25.01.2022 Ready, set, blast off! Our Blossom 2 class (3.5 - 5yrs) enjoyed doing a science experiment outside. We blew up different sized balloons to see which one would reach the finish line first Lots of huffing and puffing was involved! This simple and fun experiment teaches children about the concept of action and reaction. Using everyday household items, the Blossoms learnt how the force of air moving in one direction can propel a balloon in the opposite direction, just like a rocket!

Their problem-solving, concentration, resilience, memory, visual and auditory skills began to improve when placed in practical situations! Well done Poppies!
