14.01.2022 Attention to detail is key in the development of our vineyard. This brings us to one of the first tasks we undertook at the inception of this project - Nearly 200m of Front Fence and gate along White Hills Rd was renewed in July this year (2018)

13.01.2022 Champagne, France! @samirsen stopped over for a short but amazing visit of Champagne wine region before heading home to Australia. Moet & Chandon House, The sheer size of Moet makes it stand out in Epernay. Stopped over at the city of Reims to see the magnificiant structure of Roman Catholic cathedral of Notre-Dame de Reims. Visited a small Champagne House owned by friendly Elisabeth and Jean-Marie http://www.champagne-egrot.com Elisabeth had worked in Marlborough, New Zealand before starting her own vineyard in Champagne. But the view from Château de Mutigney was something else. Sea of vineyards! The soil is belemnite-chalk terrain. This type of soil absorbs the sun's heat during the day and releases it during the night which is why they prunes thier vines really low. Total area under vines in Champagne - 80,000 acres! .

12.01.2022 May your Christmas be filled with peace and joy! We thank you for your continued support.
