We’re sold out for our 13th of February class but we’ve launched another class for you which is set to go on sale at 6PM today for Saturday the 27th of February at Port Beach Garden Bar, Freo. Our social media had gone a bit quiet, which made us think that tickets won’t go as quick but obviously, we were wrong with tickets sold out in under 5 minutes.... Our epic 6 hour BBQ and Burger Degustation is more than just a BBQ class and why we often get people that want to come along and just eat like kings and queens for the day. 07.01.2022 Leftover beef rib tacos.. . Arced up the pellet smoker for a lazy cook late last week, whilst I was out at an appointment and came home to the power out. . Ribs was out the window for dinner that night but was worth the wait for an early dinner today.... . Ribs sliced, then seared along with the tacos being dipped in a beef juice and spicy sauce mix, melted cheese and served with white onion and the devil’s herb. .
