09.01.2022 This is what I do on a day off- we started running at scenic world at 746 am and I finished at 606pm back at scenic world 50 km later- it was about 7 degrees but wind chill made it close to 0- it snowed apparently but we had sleet/ I did 75000 steps climbed equivalent of 534 flight of stairs or 2300 mtrs in elevation- not bad for a day off
