07.01.2022 Pittstop is seeking applications for an experienced Workshop Leading Hand/ Mechanic Duties will consist of -Running day to day operations on the floor both light vehicle and heavy vehicles -Training apprentices on a daily basis -Working with customers to cater for the maintenance needs ... -Scheduling jobs on a day to day basis -Working with a team hands on -Reporting to the workshop manager for daily tasks -Scheduling work repairs and servicing Hours will be Monday - Friday 7.00am - 5.00pm. Overtime offered and overtime rates payable. Saturday’s rostered every second cycle. On call rostered and rewarded accordingly. This position requires a hands on but experienced maintenance mechanic. Heavy Commercial Vehicle trade qualified preferred, Air conditioning licence and HR licence highly regarded. This candidate will be offered well above award wages with a vehicle and phone supplied.
