23.01.2022 So I managed to find time to continue working on this painting. Not sure if I am too convinced with colours yet. I will know better once I start blocking in the birds. Hopefully I can get that done soon!!!

11.01.2022 Sulphur Crested Cockatoo - a regular visitor to our backyard was well overdue to be turned into a piece of art. Here's a quick clip of the process of this painting. That day after the fog decided to interrupt the eclipse, we decided to hang around till sunrise and managed to get few nice photos. This is one of them. 08.01.2022 'Wyberba Sunset' - was photographed at Wyberba / Giraween National Park - Queensland just at the start of the Winter 2018. Beautiful place with lot's of amazing rock formations and many walking treks. About 2.5 - 3 hrs drive from Brisbane, Australia. So it is not really a day trip if you want to spend time and explore the area. You are best getting overnight accommodation at Stanthorpe or Giraween (if you are planning well in advance). Camping is also an option. While I wouldn't classify this as the most stunning sunset I have ever seen, it still appeals to me for it's simplicity. No hard saturated colours but not too pastel either - just sitting perfectly somewhere in between. Will look amazing framed up with a nice antique white mat around it. 06.01.2022 Beautiful foggy morning that ate the Red Moon for breakfast. Lunar eclipse was early morning for us here in Australia just before the #sunrise. And I was all set to photograph the beautiful eclipsed moon and an awesome sunrise after that. However Fog played a misty role early morning and I lost the moon soon after it was completely engulfed by Earth's shadow. So no red moon for me. But I still managed to get some moody atmospheric morning photos. Nothing fancy in this shot, just some lines and shapes making this simplistic shot worth a share. #naturelovers #thisisbrisbane #landscapephoto
