10.01.2022 We're BACK Dear all our valued customers, We are excited to inform you that, we will be RE-OPENED from Monday 28/06/20 at 9:30am, we understand there is still more difficult time ahead of us, so we are now have a new policy in store, please read them carefully as they are important that everyone understand well before entering:... - The social distancing rules are still applied until further notice, please keep your distance from each other. - If you or anyone from your family are unwell or having any symptom, please stay at home and contact your Doctor or Health Professional immediately. - Please do NOT bring any outside food into the play centre, we have implemented this policy for many years but only some of you are follow, if you bring food into the centre, we will have to ask you to leave, we can not afford to risk other people safety during this pandemic. - At the current time, we are now only allowed 20 patrons at anytime. we are now have 3 sessions per day 9:30am-10:45am, 11:30am-12:45pm and 1:30pm-2:45pm. Please understand that we need minimum 45mins to clean and disinfect all the equipment. Please start to make your way at the end of the session, so we can have enough time to clean, we can not perform the cleaning procedure if you are still there. - We currently do not have any online booking systems yet, to avoid any disappointment, please call us before you come to book at 59758118 - The cafe is still open for basic menu only, please let us know if you have any allergies. - Our price will be $15/child with 1 FREE entry for Adult, extra adult will be charged full fees. We are not given any discount if you arrive late. - Please supervise your kids at all times, we will not be responsible for any injuries caused. You will be responsible for any damages that your child or you caused to the place center. - You will need to leave your details (First name, contact number, time, table number,etc) at the entrance, your records will be kept up to 28 days. This is the requirement by Victoria Government for entering premises. - We have finished our training for Operating a Hospitality Business in a COVID-19 Environment provided by Victoria Government to ensure the safety for everyone. - We are currently not taking any booking for birthday party due to uncertainty of the current situations.
