19.01.2022 Despite coming out to site and advising trees adventure with smiles that they COULD open the day before - the wonderful Colac Otway shire returned to their offices and cowardly emailed that they could not. As usual - the kind of behaviour we all have come to expect from our local council. We apologise to all those people who were coming to the opening - especially for the lack of notice. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Wouldn't you think that the shire would be fully behind a wonderful investment in our area ? Beggars belief. We will keep you informed as to when we get the go ahead guys - and once again we are very sorry. Once the power trip has finished - and our legal team gets into it - I m sure we will get some answers. I have never experienced such unprofessional and underhand behaviour and am disgusted.

12.01.2022 Our main aim at Planet Mud is to keep you safe PLEASE do not visit us if you have been travelling the best option is to self isolate for 14 days you can visit us again another time! Please make sure that you wash your hands before, during and after activities If you feel a sneeze or cough coming, lets direct it straight into your elbow and keep your drinks to yourselves, no sharing... Its easy to avoid physical contact at Planet Mud, so please use your common sense and limit physical contact COVID 19 POLICY Nightly/daily disinfection of often-touched surfaces, including but not limited to door handles, countertops, light switches, phones, vending machine keypads and dispensers, restroom sinks and toilets, store keyboards and POS systems, etc. Goggles are disinfected after every use. Staff must wear gloves and protective clothing when handling/cleaning used coveralls, goggles and markers. Staff are disinfecting common areas such as counter tops, benches, bathroom handles/taps etc. Where people may touch. Care should be used when cleaning goggles between games. Staff wear gloves. Staff should not use the same cloth to wipe moisture from INSIDE the goggle - from one player to another. If disinfecting wipes are in short supply locally, 1/3 cup of bleach per gallon of water or 4 teaspoons of bleach per quart of water is the recommended substitute. Increased presence of moisturizing hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol throughout your business. Cash register employees wear nitrile gloves and wash their hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds regularly. We encourage customers and employees to stay home if they are sick, or politely turn them away if they enter the business, offering a free return entry for when they are healthy. Cover your mouth and nose with a disposable tissue when coughing or sneezing.
