19.01.2022 Platform Fitness is excited to announce that we are teaming up with the Push-Up Challenge Initiative to raise awareness for the importance of mental health. Here at Platform Fitness we love to see people becoming the best version of themselves, and in order to do so, we recognise that mental health is just as significant as physical health. In the month of June, Platform Fitness will bring our community together to achieve 3,318 push-ups signifying the number of people who d...ied from suicide in 2019. Members are encouraged to donate to the mental health causes and as a team we will all be contributing to such an important cause. As well as participating in the challenge, members will be able to purchase the brand-new Platform Fitness merchandise packs (items will be shown soon) for just $25. The team at Platform Fitness are beyond excited to take part of this initiative with our members, the most important thing that anyone can do is try.
