08.01.2022 Great day celebrating 65 years of ITF Taekwon-Do with two back to back online classes with 60 students attending in each. Special highlights included 11 sitting... stance punches, 4 burpees, 19 squats and 55 upset punches plus 500 kicks for the occasion . We are also super excited to launch our brand new "Platinum Taekwon-Do online" logo (designed for us by Ashley Tan I Dan - thank you!) on this day 11 April 2020.
