20.01.2022 We love this, it's thought provoking - why do we do what we do? The National Quality Standards set no guides as to expectations of quantity of documentations.... And quantity does not mean quality. If your service has set expectations about documentation styles, daily journals, portfolios, observations and more - arm yourslef with the knowledge and expectations set out in; Quality Area 1 - Educational Program and Practice. Then consider the best ways for yourself and your team to devise and implement a new programming style. A way that gives you back time with the children and allows you to create purposeful documentation in the considerations of: 1. Your Educational program - supporting decision making, access to all Educators, record keeping and more. 2. Access to families. 3. Children re-visit their learning. A while back we posted a WALL PROGRAM. We got a huge response from Educators and we were so happy that it was well recieved. 17.01.2022 Shopping at spotlight, Officeworks and Kmart Using some scrapbooking paper to make my page markers for daily notes. Found these post it notes with tabs. Not sure how I’ll use them but sure they will be handy. Getting ready to get back to work. Feeling organised. EDIT: added photos with tab post it note as I've arranged in my Personal Organiser for easy acess. Love these post it notes with tabs.
