It’s awesome to have a few reinforcers up your sleeve: Verbal praise ... physical touch and scratchies food treat toy play sniffing running you Just about anything can be reinforcing for your dog! A reinforced behaviour is more likely to occur again! Be aware of what em behaviour you are reinforcing! You might be inadvertently reinforcing behaviour - like jumping up without even realising it! By patting, pushing, verbally talking or even eye contact! Best way to work with your dog, is to watch your dog and learn how they communicate with you

You’ve helped me through some of the most challenging times and brought me so much love and laughter with your morning conversations and your playing with piggy. I’m so glad to have you by my side ... The relationship you have with your dog can not only change your life, but help them live a happy and fulfilled life too. Buddy was a rescue boy who moved in with me when he was 7months old. He was scared of the world and showed me how much can change when you support, guide and build confidence. He is now not only a HUGE part of my family, but one of our beautiful and best therapy dogs.
