25.01.2022 I went to see progress on the new double storey house being built in Moonee Ponds that we designed and things are progressing well. Should be locked up this week and will keep you posted as construction progresses. Lastly, in case your wondering, front door is too the side as we wanted to maximise internal layout space and that was the best option for this design.

18.01.2022 The Moonee Ponds townhouses were completed recently and have come up a treat. The owners kindly invited up for a BBQ when completed and they were very happy with the overall design and workmanship that TRC Construction delivered. Thank you to all involved in the project.
18.01.2022 The extension in Moonee Ponds is nearing completion. The blend of traditional and contemporary is clearly showing now with the zenith wall cladding being installed. And once the plastic protective covering comes off cladding, thats when it will ready shine!

17.01.2022 The Brunswick East new dwelling is progressing well that I went past recently.
17.01.2022 Its been a busy start to the year and havent had a chance to get to my projects on site but in the next few weeks I will be as many as I can. Here is progress on the new double storey dwelling in Brunswick that has a blend of traditional and contemporary. TRC are doing a great job.

16.01.2022 Happy New Year and hope you all had a good festive season. The Macleod house is almost complete and is looking great with the finishing touches left. All should be complete soon and ready to move in. The owners have done an great job in selecting the interior colours and finishes. Well done. Look forward to seeing the house completed soon.

14.01.2022 The Portarlington house is coming along nicely, the bondor wall panels are all done now with just the roof to go and the internal timber framing progressing....you can now see the Port Phillip bay views....!!!

13.01.2022 Hi All, it’s been quite some time since I posted and I hope you are all well and safe from this crazy virus. I have been working from home since April and will be going back to the office in the coming weeks. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to go to site due to restrictions so looking forward to catching on on projects under construction or completed later this year. The clients at the South Morang project kindly since me photos of their completed dream home just before they moved in. Thank you guys, good to hear your loved the final design and I look forward to catching up with you guys before Xmas hopefully....
12.01.2022 The small extension in Moonee Ponds is coming along nicely. Its a blend of traditional and contemporary with the facade matching the original house and the rear is going to be a modern material with a nice blend of both. Stay tuned for the cladding that is going on soon at the rear.

11.01.2022 The Portarlington house is progressing with the bondor roof panels now all complete along with internal wall framing. Plaster next, keep you posted.
10.01.2022 The Macleod house started not long ago, firstly with demo and site cut then the pool went in next before house construction. Now with slab down and framing already started the fun now begins. Keep up the good work BuildNet Constructions and I look forward to seeing progress as it transpires.....

08.01.2022 I went to visit the extension that is underway in Brunswick. This extension is the the back of an existing Spanish mission influenced Californian bungalow with an open plan modern layout with open ceiling....look forward to seeing it progress further
08.01.2022 I recently went past the new double storey house in Moonee Ponds and landscaping was left to do but should be completed by now and the owners moved in. I look forward to catching up with them soon to see it fully completed.

04.01.2022 Well this is the last project I will be seeing on site for 2018 being the townhouse development in Pascoe Vale. Should be at lock stage befe Xmas thanks to M.M.Constructions.
04.01.2022 The Portarlington house is coming along quickly, most insulated panels are up and now the conventional part of the build is taking place internally then on with the insulated panel roof which has built in roof sheeting. Keep you posted
04.01.2022 The two townhouses in Footscray are underway and looking to be locked up before Xmas, this development has two street frontages and are built back to back, one with a more traditional style to suit the street and the other being more contemporary, council request..!!! Keep you posted on progress.

01.01.2022 Here is a project That has been in the design process for many years in Portarlington with magnificent views of the You Yangs and finally construction started recently. This is a sustainable and low maintainence holiday house and is a different type of construction. We have used Bondor insulated panels to the external walls and roof which give us a higher R rating than standard construction thus reducing heating/cooling requirements. Here are some progress pics and will keep you posted as things transpire.
01.01.2022 I recently went to visit the Abbotsford double storey extension at the rear of a single story Victoria house that is under construction and is coming along well. The rear open space with high ceilings is going to be an amazing space. Access is tight into the backyard as the machinery just squeezing through.......LOL. I will keep you posted on the progress in 2020
