We have a focus of working with local fruit growers to source premium produce to passionately create full fruit flavoured ciders. Duties:... - Opening and closing the venue - Follow all reasonable direction from supervisors and managers in the day-to-day operation of the bar. - Be self-motivated - Work effectively and efficiently in the day-to-day operation of the venue - Safe and accurate handling of cash and eftpos transactions and settlements. - Maintaining and ensuring a high standard of venue cleanliness for the sake of both staff and customers - Ensure your actions and the actions of others (including staff and customers) are in compliance with all company and venue WorkSafe and OH&S policies. - Maintaining clear and open lines of communication About you: - An individual with a strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail - Proven organisational and planning skills within a service environment - You are trustworthy, reliable and able to exercise discretion and uphold confidentiality and trust relating to all work matters. - Proven customer service skills - The ability to work harmoniously alongside other team members - A passion for local Tasmanian food/beverages and a knowledge of local experiences, or the ability to acquire this knowledge.
