19.01.2022 Blood Pressure Gigi’s story: Gigi joined Plexus 3 months ago and this is what she shares, ... What got me started was my poor gut health. I am going to be real and raw. I suffered from chronic constipation. I mean chronic! For years. I would tell my close friends and family that it felt like I had rocks in my stomach and keep in mind I maintain a healthy diet with fiber rich foods. I tried EVERTHING (other probiotics, pre-biotics, laxatives, stool softeners, fiber supplements, cleanses, juicing, digestive supplements, yogurt, enzymes, fermented food) they would work for a while, and/or I would have to take 4x the recommended amount for several days in a row before I had relief, but then the process would start over. Days or even a week with no movement. I was on the verge of being referred to a gastrologist. In April, my hair started falling out from stress related to Covid!! My daughter, Erin, and I are both allergic to hay. At least we used to be.... As I was writing the post on gut health and allergies, I realised we haven’t been taking any anti-histamine tablets for a few months.
