24.01.2022 We've started doing some rent increases for lease renewals but the improvements are not uniform across the city, with some suburbs still struggling to maintain their current rent level. Overall though, we're seeing a lot more enquiry for properties and if things are well presented and appropriately priced, investors can be confident of a shorter vacancy than in previous years.
