19.01.2022 To all our valued customers we want to thank you for your support and patronage over the past 9 years that Chef Rob and I have been running Plumb on Tennant. We are doing all measures as per ACT Health/ACT Liquor that we can to make sure the restaurant is clean and infection free. Our staff are professional and well trained in public health. We have always gone over and above in ensuring that cleaning of the restaurant, food handling and public health is paramount. Whilst we ...want somebody to actually show leadership we will comply to the new restrictions imposed each and every day to combat COVID 19 in our restaurant. We would love to work from home but that is not possible for us. We will increase our outdoor seating area for more convenience as well. Our entire menu is available for takeaway and phone orders are welcome on 02 62806141. At this stage our trading hours will remain the same - from 7am - 3pm ( kitchen hours) week days and 7.30 - 1pm on Saturday. Please be patient we are trying our best to keep our business going and to serve our customers in a welcoming and friendly way. A special thanks to our wonderful customers last week who came and bought, coffee, breakfast, lunch and prepared dinners, we are here for you all. 08.01.2022 Delicious eye fillet steak on a smash chat an Roquette salad with a rich Shiraz mushroom jus ( I dipped a few beer battered chips in a bowl)!! Outstanding!! Che...f made braised beef, bacon and mushroom pies!! " whistle" And the last special Atlantic salmon fillet with a delicious fresh garden salad Drizzled (not sure what that means) with garlic aioli!!! See you all tomorrow

08.01.2022 Chef Rob has been creative since his time down the coast at Christmas and the new menus are on way!!!! Come and check out a few new breakfast items. Pork belly, chorizo and chipolata cassoulet served on the Flute Bakery's sourdough and topped free range soft poached egg and... Plumbs Bircher muesli with toasted almonds and mixed berry coulis with milk of your choice, full cream, skim, almond or soy!!! New menu to follow shortly!!!
