06.01.2022 Hello, Covid-19 has made us all look at how we do life and has perhaps invited us tweak the goal posts. I have had to do it too, and while I am still writing and coaching, I have decided to bring my number skills back to support small businesses as they navigate these difficult times. You see, the secret is to be adaptable, to bend with the wind when it blows from a different direction, and hang on tight because it can become the ride of your life and take you to places where... you didn't think you could go. It's not all doom and gloom. It's time to pause and breathe. Take this time to think about where you are. Are you really creating the life you want? Have you been weighed down by responsibility, or have you taken on more than you can handle, resulting in stress and burnout. You are not alone. I got burnt out about fifteen years ago when I believed I was superwoman. I ended up in hospital for three days from a stress attack. The doctor firmly told me to change my life, or put me on medication for the rest of my life. I had no choice. I'm glad I listened to my doctor because it took me 18 months to get through my burn out. Yes, I was a mess. It also cost me my marriage. Perhaps I am a slow learner. However, I am back much wiser and stronger within myself, willing to share some of the wisdom of my experiences of the journey during the past few years as I rebuilt that strong foundation within me. I am here to help you navigate the highs and lows of your working day so you, too, can be the strong foundation you need to be to live the life you desire.
