23.01.2022 NEW SIGNING ALERT In huge news, we at PNUFC are thrilled to announce the signing of ruckman Sam Baulderstone for the 2021 season. Sam arrives at the Nest after eight exceptional seasons at the Norwood Football Club which comprised of 2 premierships, 4 x runner up to Best and Fairest, 5 x SANFL Team of the Year, SANFL Team of the Decade and 3 x South Australian representations.... Sam has worked closely with our young rucks and built a strong connection to the playing group throughout 2020. We are very excited to welcome Sam, his partner Amy and their daughter Delilah to the Falcon family!

Starting Thursday we will be trading in @rundlemall until COB Boxing Day ... Thank you so much to our regular customers. It has been an absolute blast getting to know you all over the last few months. We can’t thank you enough for the continual support and quality morning catch ups. We will return to the daily run as of January 4th Bring on the mall. This is going to be a mammoth end to the year for us. There are some huge days ahead. 11.01.2022 Due to ongoing restrictions, we regret to inform the PNUFC community that we will not be having our usual PNUFC Gala festivities this year. We don’t want to do a lower quality or capacity event and so we will instead be having a Best and Fairest presentation at the club for Senior players and officials only. We are aiming to have an exciting 2021 Season Launch event instead to allow us to celebrate with all our loyal PNUFC members and supporters. We sincerely apologise to partners, family and sponsors who usually enjoy the terrific event that is the PNUFC Gala, but we hope you understand given the year that has been in 2020!

10.01.2022 NEW SIGNING A very happy Coach and Captain are pictured here with yesterday’s singing announcement Luke Surman, plus yet ANOTHER incredible pickup for PNUFC - ANTHONY WILSON. ‘Rabbs’ joins us after retiring from Norwood after 108 games across eight seasons, including a year on Adelaide’s AFL list in 2015. He was also selected to represent South Australia in 2016 and 2019.... Rabbs was instrumental in Norwood’s 2014 premiership run, playing some excellent footy in critical moments leading to being selected in the AFL Rookie draft that year. Since returning from the Crows, he’s been a main stay of the Norwood forward line kicking some electric goals. Please join us in giving a huge Falcon welcome to Rabbs and his partner Gabby as they join the Nest.

06.01.2022 HUGE FALCON SIGNING NEWS No literally, this is a huge signing, standing at around 200cm tall and 110kgs. LUKE SURMAN is joining the mighty Falcons as his Adelaide Footy League club! ... Luke comes to us after finishing up his time with Norwood after three seasons, having previously spent two years at the Hawthorn Football Club. He has been relatively unfortunate with injuries over the past few years but had an outstanding start to 2018, was Best on Ground in the 2019 Reserves Grand Final and played some very good League football to start 2020. To grow his allegiance to the black and white colours, ‘Surmo’ has also signed with the Port Magpies in the SANFL and will spend the majority of his time with them, however he is excited at the opportunity to link up with us when he gets the chance, and so are we! Welcome to Payneham Norwood Union Surmo!

A great effort from everyone involved in a difficult and confusing year! A mix of young and old, and long time PNUFC players and some newer faces puts us in good stead for next season!
