22.01.2022 TUESDAY BOOTCAMP Well the competitive spirit came out in the Bootcampers tonight!! 8 Minute AMRAP’s with each round focusing on different parts of the body But the real fun came when they had to run to get a cone Well done legends

21.01.2022 SATURDAY BOOTCAMP The conditions were spot on for today’s 2 sessions of Bootcamp. A bit of running for the warmup which everyone LOVED Moving onto EMOMS and then some finishers rounded out the sessions for a full body workout. 15.01.2022 THURSDAY BOOTCAMP It was the last Thursday Bootcamp for 2020 It had to be super so Supersets it was Every station dedicated to a muscle group for 5 minutes....two exercises back to back....yet again workout smashed. Well done legends Two more classes left for 2020. See you all Tuesday for a Christmas themed workout Don’t forget to wear your red or green!

Without you guys I certainly wouldn’t have been able to continue doing what I love. 04.01.2022 CHRISTMAS BOOTCAMP Well it started with the 12 days of Christmas and finished with the 12 days of FITMAS (well it actually finished with a whole lot of rain!!!) But my Bootcampers are so tough they did not whinge at all about laying down on wet mats and their wet cracks....right @sheryl_phillipsf Last Tuesday Bootcamp for 2020 BUT tomorrow night is Boxing and you know after See you then folks

01.01.2022 Well it was great to be back in the land of the living and with the Zoomcampers again!! And the icing on the cake was seeing the legend that is Amy Klein @thargomindahstation ALL the way from Thargomindah Amy was my very first client/guinea pig (along with @kellyandtallieadventures) when I started out 10 years ago and did not stop until she moved far away last year! It was a very sad day for me when she left to go up North So you can imagine how excited I was to have her back so I could kick her butt again Great to see your faces again guys and back to normal next week! I’ll send you the emails on the weekend. Felicity x
