25.01.2022 Don’t forget to light up the dawn tomorrow Anzac Day. At 6am stand in your driveway, or on your balcony or at your gate and observe a minute of silence in respect of our veterans past and present. Student leaders had committed to participate in planned services and student leader Vincent Waycott was to read the poem ‘Why We Wear Their Medals’ by D. Hunter at the Fort service. Please listen and reflect on the message behind this poem.



24.01.2022 What a beautiful day for a Physical Education with Ms Moresi and some of our Early Years students. Our focus has been on fundamental motor skills and ways to develop team skills this term. Remember Physical Education classes are Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week for all year levels. Come prepared with suitable footwear.

21.01.2022 Congratulations to PLPS students and teachers on their excellent NAPLAN results 2019. Second highest literacy average in our region and top 4 in numeracy too. Hard work, dedicated and deliberate teaching and students who aim to achieve their personal best at all times pays results.

20.01.2022 Tomorrow is Anzac Day and PLPS students have continued to learn about the importance of remembrance and carrying the stories forward even whilst leaning remotely. Please keep sending photos of wreaths on your fences or your driveway remembrances to the phone number in your learning packs.

Mrs Dennis and Mrs A have completed the first 2 days of training and are looking forward to showcasing the ideas of PLPS students at the Maker Faire scheduled for Term 3.
