25.01.2022 Lauren, Jamey and Family have had some bad news over the last couple weeks. Jamey has been diagnosed with a cancerous tumour in the Tongue Base which has spread to the two lymph nodes in the neck. The family are obviously very thrown by such a diagnosis weeks from Christmas and in the busiest time of year. Jamey is having to take time out for treatment which started today and will continue for the next 3 months. We are still operating, with the location of the cancer, Jamey ...is finding it hard to speak for prolonged periods and as the treatment progresses his voice will deteriorate and this is why we are really pushing online communication. We really need support and understanding from customers, we still have staff on the road and our online booking system is currently being built to provide an even easier experience please persevere with us and our phone system and know that our best point of communication is via online booking. We can manage online bookings from anywhere and have a few people who are helping with managing them to get fast responses, easy bookings and prompt quotes. Our Service Manager Matt has now taken on Lauren and Jamey’s eldest son Dion as his new trainee and they are out on the road to keep the business rolling and clients new and existing will still receive the best customer service in the west.
