08.01.2022 *** OPEN MAT CLASSES *** We will be running some classes this week during the open mat sessions. The dojo will still be open for members to come in and train by themselves. Wednesday - 12pm - 2pm = Black/Brown belt class Thursday - 12pm - 2pm = Competition training (all styles)... Friday 12pm -2pm = Boxing and Muay Thai We look forward to seeing you on the mat
